SEAL (Sea, Air and Land). The SEALs
are elite Special Operations soldiers of the United States Navy and shared to
Allied nation's Navy, appearing in Red Alert 2.

They are
specially trained commandos whose sharp aim with their submachine guns that can
mow down infantry with ease. They carry C4 explosives that could demolish any
buildings that they reached. More about the SEAL here.
