[1.6] Red Alert 3 Texture Pack

Hello! We've just released the Red Alert 3 Texture pack. It's about 90% done. Some of the items still need to be done like armor. But all of the blocks have been finished. When Minecraft 1.7 comes out, we'll update the texture pack as well.
